Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, which means that you’ve got absolutely no excuse not to enjoy breakfast in bed…with cocktails.

Here’s the plan. When you wake up next to your Valentine, whisper a few sweet nothings, and then say, “Let me make you a cup of coffee.” While you’re waiting for the half and half to separate from the vodka and Kahlúa, grind some coffee beans to keep anyone from getting suspicious. Then, when the drinks are ready, tiptoe back to the bedroom with two delicious, made-with-love custom cocktails to enjoy with your sweetheart on the most romantic day of the year.

You’re Mine
2 ounces Stolichnaya Chocolate Razberi Vodka
2 ounces Kahlúa
1.5 ounces half and half
Fresh raspberry garnish

Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add the Kahlúa. Favoring one side of the glass, slowly pour in the Stoli. Allow the vodka and coffee rum liqueur to settle, then slowly add the half and half into one side of the glass or over the back of a spoon.
