Putting a new shrub to use for this evening's cocktail on the balcony overlooking Madison Avenue and the beautiful Hickman building (pictured here across the street.)

Ingredients:
- Good Bourbon
- housemade Plum and Thyme Shrub
- Lime Juice
- Benedictine
- Angostura Bitters
Preparation:
Build in rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish lightly with thyme sprig. Sip and consider the opportunities of this new season and the rewards of those past.
