The season of the year may currently be fall, but that doesn't mean that my passion for boozy collaborations consisting of booze and ice cream must fall of the radar too. Popular Thai ice cream joint 10Below Ice Cream has teamed up with beer company Blue Point Brewing Company in order to bless the universe with beer infused ice cream. Here's what you need to know.

As a result of the collaboration between Blue Point Brewing Company and 10Below Ice Cream, 10Below will be serving up two NEW flavors of ice cream at all of the three locations throughout the city of New York, which are situated in Chinatown, Flushing, and the East Village. The two new flavors are entitled as 'Summer Toasted All Over' and 'All About That Stout.'

The difference between the two flavors would be that 'Summer Toasted All Over' consists of Blue Point Brewing Company's flagship beer aka their 'Toasted Lager' with 10Below's cremé anglaise and graham crackers topped with a caramel drizzle and a toasted marshmallow. On the other hand, the new 'All About That Stout' flavor consists of Blue Point Brewing Company's Imperial Stout with Sour Cherries paired with 10Below's cremé anglaise and is the cousin of rum raisin ice cream due to the flavor combo between the notes of chocolate, coffee, and cherry.

Regardless of which flavor you end up trying, just remember that boozy ice cream will keep you warm during the chilly fall and the absurdity that New York winters bring to the world. Either way, you won't be disappointed.
