TASTE OF TAMINO
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Belvedere Vodka
1 oz White grape juice
Cooked down bramble of red grapes, mint, agave and absinthe

RUNE’S TRAPEZ
2 oz Brugal Rum
1 oz Honey Cranberry (to taste, organic honey and cranberry juice)
Fill to desired taste, fresh squeezed orange juice

SCENT OF PAMINA
2 oz Belvedere Vodka
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Splash of soda, muddled lime

SPIGOLO: For the first time in ten years, Spigolo on the UES, will introduce a bar menu of Italian-inspired cocktails and tapas-sized portions of some of their signature dishes next week. Owner and Executive Chef Joey D’Angelo, formerly of Union Square Cafe and Esca, enlisted the help of Francis Verrall of The Gilroy to create the restaurants debut cocktail menu. The new menu of unique, Italian influenced cocktails includes the Incendio (Ilegal Mezcal, Cynar, lemon, ginger, Aranciata Rossa) and Towers Of Bologna (Spring 44 Gin, Amaro Montenegro, blueberry preserves, lavender, lemon, club soda).
