NEW VENUES WITH BOOZE MENUS

REBELLE: Branden McRill, Patrick Cappiello, and Alessandro Zampedri of neighboring Pearl & Ash, executive chef Daniel Eddy, formerly of Spring in Paris, and Andrea Venturelli, open this French inspired restaurant on Bowery. The seasonal cuisine reflects chef Eddy’s time in France with a modern interpretation. The beverage menu is comprised exclusively of French and American wines and spirits. The wine menu, curated by Patrick Cappiello, boasts 1500 wines and Eben Klemm’s cocktail menu focuses on French and American classic cocktails like the Vieaux Carre and Mint Julep. GENUINE SUPERETTE: AvroKO and AvroKO Hospitality Group open this Little Italy café focusing on California roadside eats with a gourmet twist. The menu comprised of dishes from award-winning chefs offers a large selection of ‘healthy indulgences’. Renowned Mixologist Eben Freeman has created not only the cocktail menu but also the juice menu. For example, what starts as the Ruby by day (beet, fuji apple, parsley, lemon, angostura bitters) becomes the Lucky Ruby at night with the addition of Evan Williams Black Bourbon, Luxardo Maraschino, and Ramazotti Amaro to the daytime ingredients. MANHATTAN BY SAIL: Beginning this Friday you can sail around the Hudson as the season for New York’s premier sailing company, Manhattan By Sail, returns. In addition to the popular returning sails (Lobster & Beer Lovers, Jazz, Burlesque, Champagne Brunch and the specialty Wine, Whiskey and Craft Beer tasting sails), there will be new experiences added to their roster.
