Brock ~ Back Behind The Bar at The Clam & Market Table

For a limited time only, Mike Price and Joey Campanaro’s Market Table and The Clam are welcoming the renowned Brock Massaro back to NYC as a guest bartender. In celebration of his visit and the start of fall, both The Clam and Market Table are featuring a special cocktail menu.

Beginning on Friday and lasting till October 13th, the menu at Market Table will include twists on classics, like the Berkshire Manhattan in addition to inventive modern drinks like the Hokey Pokey, which includes mint infused gin and fernet banca. (Full featured menu below)

The Clam’s cocktail menu will run the following weekend, from October 17th-20th and showcase warming seasonal drinks like the Spiced Pear, as well as bold flavor combinations like the Bitter Sage, which blends house infused sage tequila with lemon and jalapeño. (Full featured menu below)

You may remember Brock Massaro from his 12 years in NYC which included stints at Jonathan Waxman’s Barbuto and Joey Campanaro’s Market Table before relocating to Detroit, Michigan. We are eagerly awaiting his arrival and this brief but exciting collaboration.

Garden herb infused vodka, fresh lime, lavender honey syrup

Mint infused gin, carpano antica, fernet branca

Vodka, pear purée, fresh lemon, prosecco, grated nutmeg

Kraken’s Revenge
The Kraken, NC rum, fresh lime, fernet, chinotto

Gowanus Canal
Bookers bourbon, aged balsamic, basil, brown sugar

Bitter Sage
House infused sage tequila, aperol, lemon, and jalapeño
