LaMarca prosecco is a blank canvas for a mixologist. The bubbly is superb on its own but it also lends itself unusually well to a variety of cocktails recipes. This New Year’s Eve, treat your guests to a prosecco bar lined with fresh fruit garnishes and fruity liqueurs. Use this recipe as your signature drink and encourage your family and friends to come up with their own recipe to ring in the last night of the year!
St. New Year’s
6 ounces LaMarca Prosecco
¾ ounce 99 Blackberries schnapps
½ ounce St. Germain Liqueur
Fresh blackberry garnish
Directions
Combine the 99 Blackberries and St. Germain in a champagne flute. Tilt the glass to a 45-degree angle and slowly pour in the LaMarca. Garnish with blackberries and serve.
