We’re seeing a big trend with mixologists adding red wine to cocktails this season. The wine adds great flavor (and amazing spookiness!) Make sure you add the red wine to the drink by pouring it slowly over a spoon. That will give you the lovely layered effect. waaa hah ha
Cali Neuyorquino
2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Float of Red Wine (Malbec)
Method: Shake first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker Strain up into a rocks glass and add a float of red wine (Pour 1 oz of Red Wine over a mixing spoon).
