I wanted to make a gin cocktail for today’s recipe and something that was very spring inspired. This cocktail is Easter in your mouth! It has carrot/orange juice and gin which have definite elements of spring and Easter. This boozy drink also makes me think of the Easter bunny given the color and the carrot juice. I will admit that a cocktail with carrot juice looks and seems pretty sketchy but I have to say that the gin mixes so well with the carrot flavor. The botanicals in the gin and the orange blossom water scream spring and elevate this cocktail to the next level. This could also easily be made into a punch to serve a crowd for Easter brunch or a spring cocktail party. Elevate you spring and Easter entertaining with this carrot and orange blossom cocktail. Not only does it feel healthy to drink carrot juice the gin will have you coming back for more! Happy Easter! Happy Weekend!
