Sunday Night
A-K Hada, PDT, New York, NY
“At first taste, the smoked vodka reminded me of a traditional baked ham with cherries and pineapple.” A-K Hada
1.5 oz (45 ml) Chase English Oak Smoked Vodka
.75 oz (22.5 ml) La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Rouge Vermouth
.5 oz (15 ml) Camus VS Elegance Cognac
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
.75 oz (22.5 ml) pineapple juice
.25 oz (7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters
1 maraschino cherry, as garnish
Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
