LA Craft Beer Crawl

It’s back! The 7th Annual LA Craft Beer Crawl takes over 213 Hospitality bars on Saturday, August 13. This year, there’s a special Brewers Workout at 10 a.m. with Goose Island (location TBA). Get some exercise in before starting the crawl at 3 p.m. (early admission is at 2 p.m.). And check out this video! Did you know you can get that buff too drinking beer? Okay, no, that’s only if you exercise like a brewer. Who wants to toss me that keg over there?

This year, the check-in is at Casey’s Irish Pub. Check in, get your map and tasting glass. Everyone is allowed to check in as early as 1 p.m. You might need to get there early to avoid the long lines. However, only early admission tickets get to start at 2 p.m. If you get early admission, get over to the Varnish first for rare releases and special pours. In years past, I tended to check in and then get to the furthest bar and work my way back towards Casey’s as many stay and it gets really crowded there. With hundreds of beers to taste, I do try to get at least one or two pours at each bar.
