This Escape from Margaritaville marks our first entry in the Eternal Riff project. I'm working with Chris at A Bar Above to riff on cocktails. He started with the Tommy's Margarita and I added beer and took it to the Escape from Margaritaville. Who knows where these cocktails will lead.

Escape from Margaritaville (riff on Tommy's Margarita)

1oz reposado tequila (Zapopan)

.5oz lime juice

barspoon agave nectar

1.5oz beer (Ninkasi Spring Reign Ale)

Add everything but the beer to a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Top with beer.
