There are so many fall flavors that can be used to mix up a great cocktail. Let’s face it, not everyone loves pumpkin. Below are some fantastic-tasting fall libations that incorporate flavors, other than pumpkin, that just scream fall – Think apple cider, maple syrup, cinnamon, cranberries, and the always delicious, bacon!

Arabesque

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 tsp. Fig and Bay Leaf Marmalade
  • 1/2 oz. Honey
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp. Hibiscus Grenadine (to brighten up the boozy flavors)

Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Strain out into a glass filled with ice and garnish with figs.

Winds of Fall

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Fresh Organic Apple Juice
  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Campari
  • 1 tsp. Honey

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Put into a glass and garnish with apple slices.

 

MapleWhiskeyOldFashioned

Maple Whiskey Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 
2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
  • Slice of Bacon
  • Dash of bitters

Preparation: 
Measure maple syrup into a glass. Add some ice, pour in bourbon a bit at a time, stirring in between to ensure you’ve properly combined it with the syrup. Add a splash of bitters. Rub an orange slice around the inside of a rocks glass, add fresh ice, and strain the bourbon mixture into the rocks glass. Garnish with a bacon slice and serve!

 

SpikedAppleCider

Spiked Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Gallon Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Dark Rum
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced

Preparation: Mix together the cider, rum, and schnapps in a large pitcher. Add the apples to a small bowl and toss them with the lemon juice. Thread the diced apples onto skewers. Pour the spiked cider into glasses filled with ice, then garnish with an apple skewer and serve.

 

CranberryMojito

Cranberry Mojito

Ingredients:

For the Cinnamon Syrup:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 strips Orange Zest (2 inches each)

For the Cocktail:

  • 8 Cranberries
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 1 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
  • Ice
  • Soda water, to taste

Preparation: To make the cinnamon syrup: Dissolve sugar in water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cinnamon sticks and orange zest. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, then strain. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cranberries lightly to break up, then add mint and lime and muddle another 10 strokes. Add cinnamon syrup and rum and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail unstrained into a glass, top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

 

AppleCiderMimosa

ONEHOPE Wine’s Apple Cider Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 oz. Scotch
  • 2 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
  • 4 oz. ONEHOPE Sparkling Wine
  • Apple Slices for Garnish

Preparation: Combine brown sugar, scotch and apple cider in a flute. Top with ONEHOPE Sparkling wine and garnish with fresh apple slices.

 

Kindred_Spirits

Kindred Spirits

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Clementine
  • 1 part Freshly Brewed Black Tea
  • 1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 part Orange Juice
  • 1 part Grenadine
  • 1/4 part Water
  • 1 Mulled Wine Ice Block

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate. Fifteen minutes before serving, add mulled wine ice block. Stir periodically as the ice block melts. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon.

 

Smoretini

S’moretini

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. Vodka
  • 16 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 sleeve Graham Crackers (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (Marshmallow Fluff)
  • 1 bag Wooden Skewers
  • 1 bag Miniature Marshmallows

Preparation: Pour vodka and chocolate liqueur into a 64 ounce pitcher and stir. Refrigerate for several hours until very cold. Crush graham crackers and place into a small bowl. Rim 16 martini glasses with marshmallow creme. Dip glasses into graham cracker crumbs and shake gently to remove excess. Place marshmallows on skewers and toast over an open flame (grill or fire pit preferably). Pour 3 ounces of cold drink mixture into each prepared glass and garnish with toasted marshmallow.
