When you’re sitting on the couch watching football, the last thing you have to worry about is getting blitzed. Your friends, family, neighbors or kids might be inspired at halftime to sneak-attack and dog-pile you, but there’s probably a lot of laughter involved. Not so much for the NFL quarterback on your favorite team who would gladly trade his position for yours, especially if it includes a pineapple blitz. Ok, ok, so your position on the sofa doesn’t necessarily come with a million dollar contract and lucrative sponsorships. Who needs that when you’ve got the best seat in the house, your TV, and a Pineapple Blitz?

Pineapple Blitz (serves 2)
3 ounces Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
1.5 ounces Mandarine Napoleon
½ a container of frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 ounce lime juice
4 cups ice
Lime garnish

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and set to liquefy. Stop the blender once you no longer hear the sounds of ice cubes rattling around. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with a lime. Serve right away!
