Introducing TINCUP 10, a newly-released expression that celebrates a full decade of oak barrel aging. The mash bill is 2/3 corn, 1/3 rye, and a small amount of malted barley. It is aged in white American oak barrels with a number three char for a minimum of 10 years before it is cut to proof with Rocky Mountain spring water.

Visual: Medium gold.
Nose: A warm corn-forward scent greets the nose, tempered with a spicy rye edge. All of this is wrapped in an oaky, butterscotched envelope.
Taste: From the first sip, it is obvious that this whiskey has laid in the barrel for some time. Deep and infused with cask flavors, but not overly so. The balance between the mash bill and the oak char aging, lends a sweet and sassy aspect that hints of southern gentility.
Finish: Medium long with a dry finish.
Overall: A great bourbon for use in cocktails that won’t break the bank. Plus, you get a free metal shot glass which serves as a cap. Win-win.
