There are a lot of classic cocktails we still drink today. But many of the drinks from the golden age of the cocktail aren't quite suited for modern palates. So how do you take a great concept and tweak it for the drinkers of today?

Frank Caiafa explores this in his new book, the updated Waldorf Astoria Bar Book. He painstakingly went through all of the original's recipes and modified the ones that needed a bit of tweaking. The result is a book that is heavy on the history but where every drink is worth having.
