Must Mix: Van Gogh with Lemonade

Today we celebrate our all-time favorite summer drink, lemonade.
Just the mere image of sun-drenched lemonade sparkling in a glass pitcher filled with ice is able to cool you off. This national favorite doesn’t get much more refreshing unless, of course, you serve it with a splash of vodka. Van Gogh Vodka has been celebrating the invigorating taste of lemonade all summer long by squeezing up juicy lemons and mixing ‘em with all types of fresh ingredients including different varieties of their naturally flavored vodka.
Jonathan Pogash, The Cocktail Guru, has mixed Van Gogh Vodka with such flavor combos as Pineapple-Jalapeno and Strawberry-Basil to the crisp taste of lemonade to create these must mix summertime favorite cocktails.
Pineapple Jalapeno Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Pineapple
- 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Agave nectar
- 1 Small round slice of jalapeno pepper
Preparation: Add the jalapeno slice to the bottom of the mixing glass, and muddle with the lemon juice and agave nectar. Add the Van Gogh pineapple and pineapple juice and plenty of ice and shake well. Strain out into an ice-filled wine or highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
Sparkling Strawberry-Basil Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Blue Triple Wheat
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple syrup
- 1 Strawberry, chopped
- Prosecco
Preparation: Add strawberry to mixing glass with lemon juice and simple syrup. Muddle the strawberry. Add the Van Gogh blue and plenty of ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled wine or highball glass. Top with the Prosecco and stir briefly. Garnish with a strawberry slice on rim of glass and basil leaf.
Pomegranate Serenade
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Van Gogh Pomegranate
- 3 oz. lemonade
Preparation: Pour ingredients into a rocks glass with ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
The Brazilian
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Van Gogh Açai-Blueberry
- 4 oz. Pink lemonade
Preparation: Add ingredients to a tall glass with ice and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Peachy Palmer
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Van Gogh Cool Peach
- 2 oz. Iced tea
- 2 oz. Lemonade
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a tall glass with ice and stir well. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Berry Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Van Gogh Cool Peach
- 1 oz. Unsweetened black tea
- 1 oz. Lemonade
- 3 Blackberries
Preparation: Muddle the blackberries and add additional Ingredients with ice then shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and blackberry.
