Today I am sharing a wine cocktail that screams summer.  I was in New Orleans in this past week and it was amazing!  The weather was amazing and so were the cocktails.  I will be sharing a full recap of the event soon on my website! But until then I have been craving a wine cocktail.  This cocktail is a little spicy and a little sweet!  It combines a light white wine and cachaça which I love.  The sweet notes are balances with the lovely and spicy serrano chile that slowly infuses into drink.  You could use any stone fruit or spicy pepper in this cocktail.  This would also be great for a wine punch for a party.  Everything could be prepped beforehand and then put together right before the party.  If you are looking for a refreshing cocktail make this summer inspired wine concoction tonight!
