Queen's Park Swizzle using a real swizzle stick!

The Queen's Park Swizzle is another combination of the rum, lime, sugar formula. This time it adds mint and focuses on the mixing technique of the swizzle. A traditional swizzle is made from the branch of a plant.
Queen's Park Swizzle
3oz demerara rum (El Dorado 5 year)
.5oz simple syrup
.75oz lime juice
1 sprig mint
2d Angostura bitters
Add the mint and syrup to a tall glass. Muddle lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add cracked or crushed ice. Swizzle quickly. Garnish with a mint sprig.
