being a native of Kerala in India, tender coconut water is an everyday drink and coconut plays a major part of our cuisine. I am an avid Rum drinker and thus this inspiration.

Ingredients

Tender coconut water- 4 oz
Dark rum- 2 oz
Fresh Whole Strawberry- garnish
Ice

Directions

Glass: Old Fashioned
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour 4 oz of tender coconut water
float the 2 oz of dark rum on the tender coconut water, using the back of a spoon
Garnish with a fresh strawberry
