I love to get creative with my cocktails. This recent addition to my cocktail list at Barramundi is called Smoke and Stone. When peaches were in season we charred and pureed them and froze quite a few batches. Stone fruits are incredibly flavorful and are a great to work with. I add tart cherry juice and also some peach and cherry bitters and a bit of fresh lemon. To add the "smoke" to the drink I use El Bujo Mezcal and also some Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur for a spicy kick!
