The Grasshopper Cocktail Gets A Sweet Spin

Unfortunately, I don't like to follow the rule of "don't drink your calories". I'd so much rather have a dessert cocktail than an actual dessert. Don't judge.
The Grasshopper is a classic, minty martini that has been on bar menus for years. My take on it makes it more suited for a malt shop menu than your local pub.
If adding ice cream to alcohol is wrong, I don't want to be right!
Chilled Out Grasshopper
Ingredients
- 1 oz creme de menthe
- 1/2 oz Brancamenta
- 1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream (garnish)
Directions
Pour creme de menthe, creme de cacao and ice cream into a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Serve in a chilled glass topped with whipped cream.
