THE TENDER SAMOAN

INGREDINETS
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Zabov Zabaglione Liqueur
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Aged Rum
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Banana Juice
2 dashes Tiki Bitters
GARNISH:
Brown sugar caramelized banana placed atop of the drink.
PREPARATION:
In a shaker add all the ingredients following the order of the recipe and add a scoop of ice and shake it for 5 fast seconds. Or shake it like you are a Samba dancer!
Strain and pour it over ice in a fun Tiki mug just like in the picture.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a caramelized banana slice.
The color opaque dark yellow and the nose sensation is really fun and exotic. The taste is a balanced like a symphony directed by Italian Zabov Moccia. This is definitely THE cocktail for anyone that likes dessert drinks and a tropical tiki lifestyle .
