Tiki bars are known for the tenacity in which they guard their cocktail recipes. From non-disclosure clauses signed by bartenders to key ingredients being mixed behind the scenes and away from patrons and employees alike, there are few things in the world of bars and cocktails that are more protected. So imagine our surprise when during a trip to the Tonga Hut in North Hollywood California they willingly revealed the secret ingredients to one of their most popular cocktails, the DB Punch. Named after and designed exclusively for the "Elite Society of Drooling Bastards," a level of prestige earned when a patron completes the entire cocktail list, this cocktail packs enough punch to make just about anyone a Drooling Bastard.
