Happy Margarita Monday! Margaritas are just the thing to jump start your Monday! It will ease you out of the weekend drinking slump. You can treat this lovely margarita like a liquid dessert or a pre-dinner party started. I do not like super sweet drinks but the vanilla bean plus the honey and agave give a hint of sweetness! This drink is super easy to make you just throw everything in the blender and serve. I like to serve these fancy treats at a party because of the one step preparation. Also the combination of salt and vanilla bean rimmed on the glass is amazing!!!! It really adds flavor and spark to the drink. If you feel like you week is way too vanilla you need to take it up a notch with this vanilla bean margarita. It will not only cure your case of the Monday’s but it will also help you look forward to colorful things that aren’t just soooo vanilla!
