Let’s celebrate the lives that lived! The days are counting down to Dia de los Muertos (Oct 31st – Nov 2), a Mexican cultural celebration that has honored by Latin America and the U.S. While Halloween is meant to be spooky and full of mischief, Dia de los Muertos celebrates the journey between life and death through the power of food and drink offerings to loved ones that have passed.
The holiday is celebrated with colorful Calaveras (skulls), calacas (skeletons), marigold flowers and libations to celebrate those who have passed on to the afterlife. For those of you looking to celebrate a loved one who has passed through this time-honored tradition, we’d love to share some Dia de los Muertos cocktails infused with Tequila Corralejo!
