1.5 ounces Absolut Vodka

¼ ounce reduced sodium soy sauce
¾ ounce Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon horseradish
2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon curry powder* optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon garnish
Directions
In a measuring pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, reduced sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, curry powder (if you desire), and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and chill for one to twenty-four hours. When you’re ready to make the drink, pour the tomato mix into a martini shaker with ice and add the Absolut vodka. Shake well, and strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish and serve.
