Inspired by Designers, inventors and entrepreneurs that changed the world

Designer Coco Chanel (whose birth name was Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel) gave the world the little black dress, Chanel No. 5 perfume, and the revolutionary notion that style could be both classic and casual. We were inspired by the perfume Chanel No. 5 when creating this drink. Which also has notes of Jasmin and Rose.

Ingredients : 6cl Beefeater 24 gin, 2cl Jasmin, 2cl bergamot citrus, 2cl lemon citrus, 5cl coconut, 4cl pineapple, 1cl Galliano vanilla, top with Perrier-Jouët Champagne, spray with rose water

Method : shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a highball glass

Garnish : Rose petals
