50 ml Bacardi Gold
25 ml coconut water
25 ml lager beer
15 ml muscovado syrup
1 barspoon apple cicider vinegar
dash of Angostura Bitters
Put all ingredients except beer in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a rock glass together with the beer. Garnish with toasted dessicated coconut
