1.5 oz St. Germain
2 oz San Pellegrino pompelmo soda
.25 oz Campari
splash soda
3 oz Prosecco

Garnish: grapefruit peel

Fill a stemless wine glass with 3 oz of prosecco, add spirits, stir, fill with ice & garnish
