Goldsmith maid

Ingredients:
3cl Zacapa 23 rum
fresh red currants
3cl fresh lime juice
2cl Grand Marnier
1.5cl ruby port wine
2cl Lavender syrup
Method: Muddle red currants with lavender syrup, add the rest of ingredients and shake over ice all the ingredients, strain into a lowball glass with fresh ice
Garnish: Lavender flower
