Ingredients for the burger patties

3 tbsp of olive oil

1 red onion

1 green,yellow,and red sweet pepper

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp Italian seasoning (dry)

2 tbsp Goya sofrito

2 tbsp Goya Adobo

1 envelope of Goya sazon with achiote

2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs

3 eggs

3 lbs of ground (chicken Turkey and beef) mix all ingredients together...shape burger meat into 2 1/5 inches circles...then grill and ensemble burger as follows

sriracha bun burger,pepper jack cheese

caramelized onion, some premade olive oil and Italian seasoning dressing then topped with burger bun.
