The month's now January, and with New Years behind us, now's the time where everyone swears that they're going to keep their resolutions just to abandon them in a few weeks. Some people are partaking in Dry January(aka giving up booze for the entire month of January), and while I fully commend them for doing such, places such as The Fat Radish in New York are going along for the ride with their own non-ABV cocktail menu for the entire month of January.
1542 Vintage

Ingredients for '1542 Vintage’ include:
1 ½ ounces of Seedlip Grove 42
2 ounces of Verjus
½ ounce of Honey
Cold soda
In order for ‘1542 Vintage’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Build
Glass: Nick & Nora
Top with: Cold soda
Marquee Moon

Ingredients for ‘Marquee Moon’ include:
2 ounces of Seedlip Spice
¾ ounce of Red Rooibos Honey Cordial*
One barspoon of D’Anjou Pear Vinegar
10 milliliters of CBD Oil
In order for ‘Marquee Moon’ to be made, here’s how it’s done:
Method: Stir and strain
Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish with: Honeycomb
*Note: In order to make ‘Red Rooibos Honey Cordial,’ brew 4 cups strong red rooibos tea and combine with 4 cups honey.
Rouge Resolutions

Ingredients for ‘Rouge Resolutions’ include:
2 ounces of Seedlip Grove
½ ounce of Verjus Rouge
½ ounce of Simple Syrup
¾ ounce of Oro Blanco Juice
3 ounces of Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
In order for ‘Rouge Resolutions’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Shake, strain, and stir over fresh ice
Glass: Highball
Top with: Tonic
Get Figgy With It

Ingredients for ‘Get Figgy With It (Highway Restaurant & Bar, East Hampton)’ include:
¾ ounce of House-Made Fig Thyme Shrub
¾ ounce of Fresh Lime Juice
½ ounce of House-Made Fig Thyme Shrub
In order for ‘Get Figgy With It’ to be made, here’s how it’s done:
Method: Shake and pour over fresh ice
Glass: Highball
Top with: Sparkling water
For the Bees

Ingredients for ‘For the Bees’ include:
2 ounces of Seedlip Garden 108
¾ ounces of Love Potion Cordial*
½ ounce of Lemon Juice
¾ ounce of Aquafaba**
In order for ‘For the Bees’ to be made, here’s how it’s done:
Method: Dry shake, add ice, shake briefly, and then strain
Glass: Coupe
Garnish with: Bee pollen
*Note: In order to make the ‘Love Potion Cordial,’ brew four cups of strong love potion tea and then combine with four cups of granulated sugar.
**Note: In order to make ‘Aquafaba,’ strain the water off of a can of chickpeas.

Ingredients for ‘17 Orchard Street’ include:
One ounce of Seedlip Spice 94
One ounce of Seedlip Grove 42
¾ ounce of Ginger-Carrot Cordial
One ounce of Turmeric Honeybush Tea
¼ ounce of Lemon
Two ounces of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
In order for ‘17 Orchard Street’ to be made, here’s how it’s done:
Method: Shake all ingredients (except for any and all tonic), strain over fresh ice, and stir
Glass: Rocks (11ounce bodega glass)
Garnish with: Carrot swirl
Top with: Tonic
Ice: Large rock
