There’s no morning like the morning of January 1st to enjoy a homemade Bloody Mary made with a premium vodka like Grey Goose. Whether you tucked in early after celebrating an East Coast New Year’s Eve and feel ready to conquer the world, or you never went to bed and feel like a zombie from another planet, this drink will taste amazing. It’s low on the heat scale, so don’t hesitate to add a few more dashes of Tabasco if you need it. You can also infuse the vodka with the dill and cilantro a few hours ahead of time for an even richer herbal flavor. Happy New Year!
Grey Goose Bloody Mary
1.5 ounces Grey Goose Vodka
4-5 ounces Bloody Mary Mix
Fresh dill, cilantro, and celery garnish
Bloody Mary Mix Recipe
1 cup tomato juice
1.5 ounces lemon juice
1 sprig dill
1 sprig cilantro
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bloody Mary Mix Recipe Directions
Muddle the dill and cilantro in the lemon juice until the lemon juice begins to turn light green. Strain the lemon juice into the tomato juice to filter out the herbs. Add the Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and shake until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until you’re ready to mix it with the vodka.
