Day 4 of #MartiniWeek is here and I have a surprise to help celebrate the occasion. In the form of socks! Around here at Beautiful Booze,we love socks and often have a competition on who can show up with the best and most creative socks. Well I have met my match and found the perfect socks to compliment my booze habit. Today I am welcoming Foot Cardigan to the bar. Don’t you just love the name of this sock company? This company not only offers amazing socks but they also have a sock subscription for awesome socks delivered to your door monthly. In addition, Foot Cardigan features a small batch of socks that they offer in limited additions for a short period of time. Last week they launched two boozy pairs of socks into their small batch collection including the Beer Me and Shakin’ la Vida Loca. I was lucky enough to receive a pair of the Shakin’ la Vida Loca to pair with a Beautiful Booze Cocktail. It just so happens that it is martini week and a perfect accompanying fashion statement to round out this boozy week. I choose to pair these martini socks with a classic dirty martini.

Recipe: Shakin’ la Vida Loca Dirty Martini

Ingredients

• 2 ounces of vodka
• 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth
• 1 teaspoon of olive brine or more to taste
• 1/2 cup of ice

Garnish: olives

Instructions:

• Add vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, and ice to a shaker
• Shake then strain into martini glass

Serves: 1
