St. George Spirits is well on its way to having a portfolio with something for everyone. Well known for making absinthe and a quality line of gins, the California distillery is set to release a collection of non-GMO vodkas in March.
The All Purpose variety is flavorless, although it is made from the same Bartlett pears used to create St. George Pear Brandy.
For those who prefer some flavor, St. George has also created a California Citrus vodka. Valencia oranges, Seville oranges and bergamot are each infused into a grain neutral spirit, distilled and blended to create a vodka with the sweet and sour taste of citrus.
If you’re adventurous enough, the third member of St. George’s new trio is spicy Green Chile. The light green vodka promises to be anything but subtle, incorporating flavors like jalapeño, serrano, habanero, red and yellow bell pepper, lime and fresh cilantro.
