Recipe:

5cl Martell vs Cognac

3cl Chanterelle mushroom syrup

1,5cl apricot liqueur

1,5cl thyme liqueur

3cl lemon juice

2 drops of walnut bitters

Method: shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a lowball glass with a big ice cube

Garnish: Thyme spring / Dry apricot
