The Hanky Panky is a true prohibition cocktail that was created in London in the 1920s by female bartender, Ada Coleman. It's a simple great with good flavor depth. It also has a fantastic name for a cocktail.
Hanky Panky
1oz gin (Leopold's)
1oz sweet vermouth (Dolin Blanc)
1 dash Fernet Branca
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe class. Garnish with a orange twist.
