Destination Station.

Well.

Looks like someone's got travel on their mind.

And with this dark tropical spiced cocktail? I guess that someone...turns out to be me.

Time never seems to match quite right with the sudden need for adventure. Stupid. And then it feels impossible to find those free hours to just get you started to plan where we want to go. Stupid. Finding the right harmony can be tough and annoying. And the fact that teleportation is still not a thing yet, is very upsetting. But fuck it, if you want to dream, you go ahead a dream. Dream your ass off. And know that eventually time and money and company--will find each other, and you'll get there. So here's "Destination Station." A mini cocktail filled with dark rum, falernum and Orleans bitters. A cocktail with a breath of desired adventure that can be your substitute until reality strikes. Sip and dream of the next journey.

Let's concoct:

• 1 oz Bacardi Black (Or another dark rum)
• 0.5 oz Domaine de Canton
• 0.25 oz Timpleman's Falernum Syrup
• 3 Dashes of Scrappy's Orleans Bitters

*Shake with ice. Strain into a small coupe glass.
