Today is tropical Tuesday and I am sharing a daiquiri that will transport you to the beach. This beach has pineapples everywhere and a bar that is shaking up very delicious cocktail treats. This sounds too good to be true but you can escape by making this pineapple daiquiri at home. I used Zacapa Rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and a brown sugar syrup. This recipe is so simple if you don’t want to make the sugar syrup you can always substitute agave nectar. I then garnished with a fresh pineapple slice. I then relaxed in the dark winter night and had visions of warm and sunny destination. Cheers to tropical cocktails in February!
