Hey Everyone! Can you believe the year's almost over? I have been running around like a crazy woman trying to plan the perfect New Years Eve party. I want to serve some creative sparkling cocktails that everyone will love. So, this year I am planning a sparkling fiesta with sparkling strawberry margaritas and fun Mexican food. One of the cocktails that I am making is this sparkling strawberry margarita. Wow, this cocktail is so good and has absolutely everything I love. Margarita plus champagne, you really cannot go wrong! Happy New Year, my cocktail friends!

Recipe: Sparkling Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients

• 1.5 ounces of Patron Tequila
• 1 ounce of fresh strawberry puree
• 1 ounce of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of agave or to taste
• top off with champagne
• 1/2 cup of ice

Garnish: lime slice and rimmed glass with salt

Instructions:

• Add tequila, strawberry puree, lime juice, agave, and ice to cocktail shaker
• Rim serving glass with salt
• Shake mixture then strain into serving glass and top with champagne
