Day 2 of Sriracha week is a tart and tangy citrus daiquiri. This recipe utilizes three citrus juices and a dash of Sriracha to give you all the flavors. The Sriracha sauce can be added to taste as the trio of citrus juices marries well with the spicy and adds a hint of unidentifiable flavors. Want to spice up your typical daiquiri? Add a kick that will spice up your week!

Recipe: Sriracha Citrus Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces of rum
  • 1/2 ounce of orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce of grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce of agave nectar or to taste
  • a couple of dashes of Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Garnish: lime slices

Instructions:

  • Add rum, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, Sriracha, and ice to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake mixture then strain into serving glass
