INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Pallini Limoncello

¾ oz. Peruvian Pisco Primero-style

¼ oz. Marsala Vergine Fortified Wine

¼ oz. Chamomile Syrup

2 Dashes Mastiha Roots

2 Dashes Cardamom Bitters

GARNISH:

Kaffir lime leaf.

Don’t let the unique choice of ingredients intimidate you… after you acquire the ingredients the preparation of this delicious eclectic cocktail is easy breezy!

Following the recipe, place all the ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously for 5 fast seconds and then strain it in an old fashioned glass on the rocks.

Garnish with Kaffir lime leaf.

The color is sunshine yellow with amber veins and the nose brings me back to the citrus fields of the Campania region. The taste is refreshing and intriguing and brings back a lot of memories in the way that delicious Limoncello does for a lot of Italians!
