January 1st marks the start of a new year. It's also National Bloody Mary Day. It makes sense when you think about it. The Bloody Mary is the essentially " the hair of the dog." You go out New Year's Eve, drink copious amounts of champagne, and wake up the next day with the worse hangover ever. Your going to be looking for something to take the edge off.

Check out my recipe below for Sriracha Bloody Mary. I love that this Bloody Mary is loaded in flavor. I can't wait to enjoy it with New Years Day brunch. (That is, if I'm not still trying to recover from the night before.) If this recipe is too spicy for you or you can't get down with the pickle juice, no prob! The great thing about the Bloody Mary is that it's totally customizable. Through whatever you want in there. It's all good!

If you do anything, please take this advice. On New Year's Eve day, make a big batch of Bloody Mary. Place it in your fridge. Go out and turn it up with your friends. When you wake up on New Year's morning, head to the kitchen, stir your Bloody Mary mix, and pour yourself a glass. You'll feel better in no time and ready to tackle some of those resolutions.

Now, that's how you start off the new year right!
