Aptly titled San Franpsycho® IPA, this new brew comes in cans along with stone fruit aromatics, floral hops, and a 6.3% ABV. The beer itself clocks in on the sweeter side of beers, which may or may not be a bad thing depending on who you're talking to. The beer itself came to fruition as the result of the hyper-local brand San Franpsycho® hang locates taste various batches of the beer at Anchor Brewing's main brewery, which is across the street from Anchor Brewing's pilot brewery and bar known as Public Taps. In a statement from Anchor Brewing's Brewmaster Scott Ungermann in regards to Public Taps, “Public Taps is a gathering place for locals and tourists alike to share their opinions on our perpetual experiments. We brew up something new here on a weekly basis." Damn... that's a lot of beer. If you're wondering where you can buy said San Franpsycho® IPA, it's available nationwide. Happy drinking.
