The Corn n Oil isn't really a tiki cocktail, though you find it served at many tiki bars, but instead it's more of a Caribbean cocktail with a nice mix of rum, lime, and falernum. It's got a great name to boot too.
Corn n Oil
half a lime
.33oz falernum (B.G. Reynolds aka Trader Tiki)
2d bitters (Angostura or Scrappy's Aromatic)
1oz Barbados rum (Plantation Barbados 5 year)
1oz blackstrap rum (Cruzan Blackstrap)
Add the half lime, falernum, and bitters to a rocks glass. Muddle. Add the Barbados rum. Add ice and stir. Float the blackstrap rum on top. Serve with a straw.
