Apple of my Eye

Recipe:

1 1/2 oz Old Yaupon Gin

.75 oz Salted Caramel Cinnamon simple syrup

.75 oz Lime Juice

2 oz Apple juice

To make cinnamon caramel syrup: take 1:4 ratio Water:Sugar and simmer in pan until all sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil until it is an amber color. Take off heat and add 3/4 more water. Once water is done bubbling add pinch of salt/Vanilla/cinnamon

Cocktail:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and double strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with apple slice and dash of cinnamon powder.
