APPLE STRUDEL MULE

Ingredients:
* 40ml Beluga Noble Vodka
* 15ml Solway Apple Schnapps
* 15ml Chivas Regal 12 Year Old
* 15ml Cinchona Botanical Syrup
* 100ml Westons Organic Apple Cider

Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a crushed ice-filled copper mug. Top with the apple cider and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wheel.
