How to make an Applejack Rabbit
The term 'applejack' is derived from the word 'jacking' which is a term for freeze distillation whilst Laird's Applejack is a blend of apple brandy and neutral grain spirit.

Ingredients
- 60mL Laird's Applejack
- 22.5mL Lemon Juice
- 22.5mL Fresh Orange Juice
- 15mL Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Fill a Boston glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe
