INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. JW Red Label Whiskey
1 oz. Carpano Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Luxardo Maraschino
1 squeeze of lemon
CINNAMON FOAM :
1 tbs. Whipped cream
1 tsp Cinnamon powder or cinnamon exctract
1 tbs carpano Sweet Vermouth
PREPARATION:
Pour Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino into a mixing glass and squeeze in the lemon. Stir until cold and strain into a cocktail glass.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for your foam and stir until it starts to blend & liquefy. Gently spoon your cinnamon whipped cream atop the cocktail.
The color is deep, dark red with a contrasting candid white. The scent is led by the cinnamon spice notes and the taste is warm, silky and very smooth.
